how long did it take you to get your payment? and does it have to be that high because i want to check if it is a scam so i tried at $0.02 and got nothing? is there a minimal that I don't see listed anywhere?

Welcome The minimum that you need in order to request a PayPal payment is $0.01

If you haven't received your payment, it's because:

1). You are simply in queue for payment.
